Engineering a sub-second Next.js platform for Frameax (USA)
Frameax needed an enterprise web platform that communicated construction precision to U.S. general contractors, developers and architects. We replaced slow legacy templates with a custom Next.js App Router architecture featuring an interactive 50-division CSI MasterFormat explorer, deliverable shelf, blueprint upload portal and 99/100 Lighthouse performance.

How we solved Frameax.com's core product & operational challenges
Every architectural decision was tied to a measurable speed, revenue or operational accuracy target.
Conventional construction websites rely on static text walls and slow WordPress plugins that fail to show trade-by-trade estimating depth.
We built an interactive 50-division CSI MasterFormat directory where contractors filter trades and inspect sample takeoff deliverables immediately.
General contractors wanted to see how pre-construction, BIM clash detection and BOQ pricing actually progress from blueprint upload to final delivery.
We choreographed a scroll-driven Process Book and interactive Deliverable Shelf showing LOD 100–500 BIM and quantity takeoffs step by step.
Heavy visual motion often hurts Core Web Vitals and mobile responsiveness.
By combining Next.js React Server Components, edge caching and GPU-accelerated transforms, Frameax loads in under 0.6 seconds with a 99+ score.
